As a frequent business traveler from the Netherlands, I get the oppertunity to stay in various hotels in Europe on a monthly basis. After may stay in Hotel Nikko Xiamen for 1 night, I felt I need to write a review for the first time. After my arrival at the reception, they told me that my Superior room was full and they upgraded me to a Luxury room. Once I got to my room, I was stunned that the room was indeed one of the best room I ever stayed in. Of course, it was a 5 star hotel, but everything you need in a hotel room, it's there. And I got a great seaside view, which I can see Taiwan's Kinmen Island. The hotel and the room itself was very clean and I could not find a negative point, which I can comment on. The lobby team was doing a great job, I had the best breakfast ever and the restaurant Benkay waitress lady stayed near me the whole time waiting to service me (maybe because the restaurant was quite empty during lunch).
The hotel massage prices was quite high (European pricing), as you can have massage down town 5 times cheaper. The only comment I want to make is that the hotel needs to use a official email address where customer can send their questions to.

The hotel's location near the fair was the only advantage for me. It was a quick walk to some really nice restaurants and the International Exhibition Centre. The staff provided excellent service.
Nothing for me.

Spacious and modern rooms with great amenities and stunning views of the area. the complimentary coffee, tea, and water were replenished daily, and the room was always impeccably clean. the hotel's swimming pool and fitness center were excellent for working out. Plus, the nearby shops and restaurants were convenient for exploring the city.
Many of the staff struggled with English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times. the breakfast quality was poor and overpriced, so we opted to grab food at nearby coffee shops instead.

The hotel is conveniently located near the International Exhibition Center, making it a great choice for those attending events there. There are also several nice restaurants within a quick walk from the hotel. Based on reviews, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. The bathroom is also praised, with a bathtub and separate shower. The staff is professional and helpful, offering efficient check-in and check-out services. The breakfast spread is varied and satisfying.
Some guests mentioned that the bacon served during breakfast was undercooked and couldn't be made crispy upon request.

We stayed close to the beach and walked around some authentic streets near the hotel. The deluxe room with a sea-facing balcony was large, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel's pool and gym were great to have. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and appreciate that there was always an English-speaking person at the reception.
Nothing at all.

We enjoyed our Easter vacation at this hotel, which was centrally located and easy to find. The complementary breakfast was tasty and there was a parking lot for our rental car. The hotel had a nice pool area for relaxing in the afternoon.
The AC in the room was not working properly and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

the exclusive amenities in the room fulfilled all my needs and added to the comfortable experience. the spa facilities including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were exceptional and helped me relax after a busy day.
Although the service was attentive, I encountered a minor issue with the in-room breakfast service being delayed. the staff handled the situation professionally and made up for the inconvenience.

This hotel is conveniently located near the exhibition centre where I had business. the rooms are spacious and well, appointed with all necessary amenities such as a safe, coffee machine, and free Wi, Fi. the shower and separate toilet are great advantages, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.
The service could be improved to match the 5, star rating.

We were completely blown away by the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. the spa and wellness centre provided the perfect place to unwind, while the indoor swimming pool and sauna were nothing short of heavenly. We also loved spending time in the sun terrace and garden area, which provided a peaceful oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the in-room breakfast wasn't quite up to scratch. However, this was a small blip in an otherwise perfect experience.

This hotel has great amenities including a gym and a pool. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.
One downside is that the air conditioning wasn't working too well, so it was a bit warm in the room. the hotel staff could have been more attentive and responsive to our needs.
